Our Annual Members Meeting is September 8, 2025.


All meetings are scheduled to start at 7:00 PM electronically. The Annual Members meeting will be hosted by Maredith Management, and we will register with them to attend and participate in voting. The other meetings will be held over our Zoom account.



The 2025 Assessment is unchanged at $215 per household for January through December.


Annual Dues are to be paid through Maredith Management following the directions they have provided with our invoices. Payments can also be made through the Maredith Portal website. You will be presented with a legal agreement, so plan for some time there, and you may need to scroll down for the Login prompts.

Please do not assume the far reaches of our common areas are invisible.  
The City and County have a complete assortment of refuse collection services so that no one should feel trapped into hiding yesterdays treasures.
