Present: Toby Byrd, Sandy Woodruff, Suli Schehr, Fred Bauer

Absent: Jackie Byrd, Gary Wieboldt, Ellen Livingston

The meeting was called to order at 8:07.

The President and a Board member’s positions were up for renewal. The election was held and the results were as follows. Toby Byrd would continue as President, Sandy Woodruff as Vice President, Gary Wieboldt as Treasurer, and Fred Bauer as Secretary. The slate was second and approved

The minutes of the November 1, 2000 meeting were approved as submitted.

The budget will go out with the bill and the board will operate under the current budget until the approval of the budget at the February meeting.

There was no Treasurer’s report submitted. The November budget will be reviewed at the February meeting.

Board members are continuing to try to find qualified people to repair the front wall and to survey the front entrance. There was continued discussion on the Management company issue. All of these issues will be revisited at the February meeting.

The Yard Sale will be April 28^th, 2001. Sandy is willing to put the ad in and have someone make signs for the event.

The date of the block party is tentatively set for June 2, 2001.

Sandy Woodruff wants to acknowlege the Service of Charlie Carr. The new secretary agrees to do a letter of acknowledgment. The Board expressed the fact that Charlie Carr will be missed.

Cabiness, Roger, 5311 Lakevale Terrace - is constructing a Sun room on the back of his home. The application was approved.

The Board agreed to pay for the revitalization of the Christmas wreaths, which was $51.14.

The mail is being picked up on Mondays by Sandy Woodruff’s husband.

Suli Schehr asked what the Bowie city ordinance for noise was because she is having problems with a neighbors dog. The Board suggested the she call the city and animal control to resolve her problem.
